Products sold on the website www.lanansahop.com are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving the order. In this case, the product must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed, and must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, i.e., with the original packaging and labeling.
Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it and issue a voucher for the same amount as the returned item . If you wish to make an exchange, this must also be done within 14 days of receiving the product, and it must be in perfect condition. La Nansa reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the received product is not in the aforementioned condition. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, who must ensure the package arrives in perfect condition. We recommend using certified mail or a private courier service. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the new product. If the desired model or size is unavailable, La Nansa will offer an alternative product(s) in stock. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued. Our contact email is info@lanansashop.com. Damaged Product: If a product purchased through our website has a defect or manufacturing flaw, La Nansa will cover the return shipping costs. In these cases, the customer must contact us at info@lansashop.com. Once we have verified the issue and authorized the return, the product will be refunded. IMPORTANT: We do not accept collect on delivery (COD) returns . Until the package arrives at our offices, the customer is responsible for its condition. Therefore, it is important that it is sent by registered mail and that the shipping receipt is retained.
Only the amount corresponding to the products purchased will be refunded, never the amount corresponding to shipping costs, and always in the form of a voucher without an expiration date .
For orders placed between November 20th and January 6th, we have extended the return period until January 25th.
