SUBJECTS

We like to live respecting the environment and people, which is why our garments are manufactured ethically and sustainably.

Fiber is the raw material required for the manufacture of a fabric. It is a continuous, spun or intertwined filament. We have been working for some time to incorporate sustainable materials into our collections that reduce environmental impact.

El organic cotton that makes up our garments, allows us to reduce water consumption as well as not use pesticides, fertilizers or genetically modified seeds, in this way we allow crop rotation in the fields and avoid throwing products that are harmful to humans.

Our garments are dyed under European Oeko-Tex regulations: Free of herbicides and pesticides, as well as the lacquers used in the printing process follow the regulations and conditions of the European Union in ecological treatments. Are lacquers made with water base thus discarding plastisols and formulated with pigments free of heavy metals.

Under the standards of our project we want to continue growing and offer more garments made with sustainable materials in each collection.

We have the following certified seals:

ORGANICS GOTS CERTIFICATE:

This is the sustainable certification par excellence. It allows the statement “organic textile product” to be placed on fabrics and garments along with the GOTS logo, a guarantee seal throughout the production chain to consumers.

One of the main objectives of the GOTS certificate is to ensure that when we wear products with its seal we have the certainty that the environment has been respected in all phases of the manufacturing process, from the cotton harvest to the piece of clothing that we wear. we get.

OEKO-TEX CERTIFICATE:

The OEKO TEX® Standard 100 certificate is an independent system that verifies that there are no harmful substances either in textiles or in the manufacturing phases of a certain product. To obtain an OEKO-TEX® certificate, the product is subjected to several tests, and must pass a long list of Oeko Tex results. Not only the materials used are analyzed, but also the requesting company, quality assurance and production processes. In order to obtain and guarantee greater product quality in terms of health and sustainability.

FORESTRY RESPONSIBLE:

All materials used in products carrying this label come from forests that have been audited by an independent third party to confirm that they are managed in accordance with FSC's rigorous social and environmental standards. Of all the FSC labels, FSC 100% is the one that contributes most directly to the FSC goal: forests for all, forever, and is therefore the highest seal of distinction for certified products.

“The GOTS seal is a guarantee that all the chemical products used comply with rigorous environmental and toxicological controls, to avoid the presence of any unwanted residue in the fabrics that will later be your clothes.”

PACKAGING

Finding clothing made from eco-friendly materials can be difficult. Ensuring that these garments do not arrive home in a plastic bag is an even greater challenge. You may be wondering why buying an ultra-sustainable product is worth it if its packaging harms the planet. That's why our packaging is in tune with what's inside.

Little by little we have been reducing the plastic in all our packaging and online orders, thus replacing the protective bags in our collections with compostable bags of plant origin.

“We are aware of the devastating effect that the misuse of plastic has on our planet.
For this reason, we have adapted our manufacturing chain to work with recycled materials and thus reduce, as far as possible, our environmental impact.”

THE PROXIMITY

We design and print the garments in our own workshop trying to make the maximum production process possible here, at home.

The workshops, where the entire process of studying pattern making and making the garments is carried out, are located in Spain, in the surroundings of the province of Barcelona.

Furthermore, we have our own design department that works together with local illustrators and offers a job opportunity to recent graduates in Arts.

All this helps minimize CO2 emissions as much as possible in the environment and we maintain Corporate Social Responsibility, in this way we manage to guarantee all the traceability of our brand, in addition to contributing everything we can to the local economy.

“Working with close people, whom we know, makes us feel good, and we want to continue that way.”
