Withdrawal and changes
The products sold on the website www.lanansahop.com have the right of withdrawal within 14 days following receipt of the order. In this case, the product must be in perfect condition, it must not be used or washed and it must be returned in the same conditions as it was received, that is, with the corresponding packaging and labeling.
Once we have received the product, our team will review it and a coupon will be issued for the same amount as the returned product.
If you want to make any changes, it must also be done within 14 days of receiving the product and it must be in perfect condition.
Nansa reserves the right not to authorize any changes if the product received is not in the conditions mentioned above.
The cost of shipping in the event of wanting to make any changes is the responsibility of the customer, who must ensure that the package arrives in perfect condition. We recommend using the certified postal service or a private courier company. The costs generated by shipping the new product are the responsibility of the customer.
If the model or size that the customer wants cannot be found, La Nansa will offer an alternative solution with a product/s in stock. Under no circumstances will the amount of the product be refunded.

Product in poor condition
If the product that has been purchased through our website has any defect or manufacturing defect, the return shipping will be the responsibility of La Nansa. In these cases, the client must contact us by email at info@lansashop.com. Once we have verified the case and after our authorization, the product will be returned.

Returns with postage due are not accepted..
Until the package arrives at our offices, the customer is responsible for its condition, so it is important that it be sent by certified mail and the proof of shipping is kept.
Only the corresponding amount will be returned to the products purchased and never the amount corresponding to shipping costs and always in the form of a voucher with no expiration date.
For orders placed during the period from November 20 to January 6, we extend the return deadlines until January 25
