We have been reducing plastic in all our packaging and online orders, thus replacing the protective bags in our collections with compostable bags.
The correct functioning of La Nansa is based on a creation, production and logistics process, all with the value of being respectful of the environment and of all the people involved in the manufacturing of our garments.
PACKAGING
PRINTING
We differentiate ourselves from other brands by applying manual screen printing techniques, thus integrating the drawing into the fabric. All our garments are screen printed with lead and PVC free inks.
DESIGN
Our design team has the collaboration of local illustrators to give shape to the ideas that so characterize the brand and capture them on the garment.
DYE
We dye with the ready-made garment, obtaining an irregular garment where the seams and fabric changes give this aged appearance that characterizes us so much.
MAKING
The correct functioning of the workshops that collaborate with the manufacture of our garments is crucial for us. Proximity is a crucial fact to be a product of Km 0.
CUT FABRICS
According to the patterns drawn up by the design team, the fabrics are cut. Ensuring that garments are made correctly.
PATTERN MAKING
The design team, together with the pattern-making team, shapes the collection season after season based on market trends.
THE RAW MATERIAL
We use top quality cotton, it is the basis of our garments. We control the process from when it is thread until it becomes fabric.
“We are aware of the devastating effect that the misuse of plastic has on our planet. Therefore, we have adapted our manufacturing chain to work with recycled materials and thus reduce, as far as possible, our environmental impact.”
